OFW Loan

A secured loan offered to overseas Filipino workers under OWWA as placement fee and/or show money and business purposes.

This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals;

  • Loanable value is up to 2,000,000.00;

  • Loan term is maximum of two (2) years;

  • Payment is amortized or lumpsum;

  • Loan is secured by Real Estate Mortgage (REM); and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.

  • Filled out Bank forms
  • 2 pcs 2×2 ID picture
  • 1 valid ID
  • Proof of Residence
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.
  • 1 valid ID
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Proof of Residence
  • Proof of Income

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
  2. Wait  for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
  3. The bank will update you on the status about your loan application.
