NAMNAMA Loan

This is a joint project of Cagayan Valley Development Cooperative (CAVADECO), Cooperative Bank of Cagayan (CBC) and Provincial Marketing Credit Cooperative (PMCC).

This project can trace its roots to the Regional Cooperatives Development Program- Cagayan Valley. A Joint Project of the Government of the Philippines (GOP) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) which was launched in 1973.

This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals and farmers’ cooperatives;

  • Loan amount is depend on agricultural product;

  • Loan term is depends on the cycle of agricultural activity;

  • Payment is lump sum;

  • Loan can be unsecured and secured, secured loans is covered by Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and Chattel Mortgage (CHM); and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.

  • Proof of Residence
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
  2. Wait  for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
  3. The bank will update you on the status about your loan application.
