Salary Loan

This product offered to regular employees of a private and/or government agencies for personal and providential needs.

This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals;

  • Loanable value is based on Cashflow, maximum of 80% of the monthly net take home pay multiplied by the term of the loan;

  • Loan term is maximum of 3 years;

  • Payment is amortized;

  • Loan is based on terms and condition of MOA; and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.

  • Proof of Residence
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.
  • 1 valid ID

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
  2. Wait  for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
