Constitutional Loan

Loan offered to cooperative affiliates engaged in agriculture, marketing, processing, distribution, low-cost housing and other activities sanctioned by the Cooperative Code of the Philippines and other government agencies.

This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals and farmers’ cooperatives;

  • Loan amount is Up to the extent of the cooperative share capital with the Bank and/or loanable value of the offered collateral;

  • Loan term is depends on the cycle of the agricultural activity;

  • Payment may either be installment or lump sum;

  • Loan can be unsecured or secured, secured loans covered by Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and Chattel Mortgage (CHM); and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.

Documents Needed

PRINCIPAL BORROWER

  • Filled out Bank forms
  • 2 pcs 2×2 ID picture
  • 1 valid ID
  • Proof of Residence
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.

CO-MAKER

  • 1 valid ID
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Proof of Residence
  • Proof of Income

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
  2. Wait  for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
  3. The bank will update you on the status about your loan application.
