Housing Loan

This product offered to individuals intended for residential construction and/or renovation..

This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals;

  • Loanable value of offered collateral, cashflow, bill of materials whichever is lower. In no case, the amount of loan shall not exceed SBL;

  • Loan term is maximum of ten (10) years;

  • Payment is amortized;

  • Loan is secured by Real Estate Mortgage (REM); and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.

  • 1 valid ID
  • Proof of Residence
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.
  • 1 valid ID

  • Proof of Income

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
  2. Wait  for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
  3. The bank will update you on the status about your loan application.
